Alright, Pinhead. Yer time is up.
"My name is Pierrelanda Francois and my business is Q.U.E.EN.S Magazine. The problem I am solving is the lack of representation of black girls/afro Latinas in teens/young women magazine. Such as Seventeen Magazine, Marie Claire, Teen Vogue, Nylon Magazine etc. My favorite thing to do when I was in high school was reading seventeen magazine religiously. Until one day I was looking for some hair inspirations that’s when I realize I cannot relate to anything I was reading. My hair is not loose curls nor is it straight and hang down to my back. I love this magazine I think everything in it is perfect but not for girls like me I guess. My idea is to create a magazine targeting these types of teens and young women. The focus of Q.U.E.EN.S Magazine is to fill the lack of representations in magazines while uplifting and promoting the beauty of black girls and afro Latinas from the inside out. My customers are black girls and afro Latinas, and their parents. I plan on reaching my customers through social media such as Tumblr, Instagram, twitter, Facebook, etc. as well as fair at high school and college campuses.- This is my business pitch form my “Intro to Entrepreneurship class” I chose to do my speech on my existing magazine idea. He gave us a guideline to on how to write a business pitch. This is a rough draft its not due till 9/26, but I want you guys opinion. What do you think, anything I’m missing/should add? "OMG you’re so dark"
"So where in Africa are you from? Nigeria?
"Make sure you marry a light skin man/woman or your kids will be too dark"
"You should tone down the bright colors, it makes your dark skin stand out too much"
"You’re actually cute for a dark skin girl/guy"
*Insert midnight/disappearing in dark joke here*
For The Masses:
Reblog to save a life.
Look, I’ll be the first one to say every race of woman has its beauties, but because our perception of beauty has been warped over time to put Eurocentric features as the pinnacle of all things physically beautiful, I have to stand by my own when it comes to uplifting women…

Does Asian porn ever affect your dating life? Are u expected to be more submissive? I was watching a documentary on white men marrying Asian mail order brides and one of the main reasons they wanted to marry them was bc they were more traditional/submissive. It was actually rly gross imagining how they were gonna treat their future wives
Hi, i'm Shaquil :] Answer:
Why I hate dating and don’t do so unless I’ve known the person for a while, due to expectations like this:
-Secretly super kinky
-Only liking white boys
-******Virgin****** (it’s a social construct and the proper term is “not having sexual intercourse before” but people use virgin more commonly)
-Non argumentative and non confrontational
Those are just some of the things expected of me as an Asian woman and yeah porn has a shit ton to do with it cause I can’t even tag my shit as “asian woman” without being found my Asian fetish blogs and I can’t even look up “Asian woman” without seeing porn.
